Easy money just got easier...
After rereading the PR several times, then wading through all the commentary here, I'm convinced the only real issue here is the communication style of the owner. As it happens, I'm a big believer in his personality type, and there can be no question, I think, that he values his fellow stakeholders.
As always I'm impressed by the amount of knowledge and insight on display here! I thank you all. Even the bickering contains value: this board demonstrates a solid population of committed longs, the kind of high-conviction core that provides precious ballast in wild micro-cap seas.
I pity shorty.

Communication is lacking from him. Also why did he lease "out of nowhere". We had been talking about $3M sales and then we get a shock of a lease. He now says leasing is better. Could it be that the companies didn't want to buy but instead wanted to try if it really suits their need so they leased?
