Warning, there is a lot of short / basher on PYR board.

First of all, what does the short market mean?

Short selling, or short selling, occurs when an investor borrows stocks and sells them immediately, hoping that they can later get them back at a lower price, return them to the lender, and pocket the difference. But selling short is much riskier than buying stocks or what is called a long position

So why did they come to this board?

To put doubt in your mind. Especially when the SP is on a downtrend.

Because the reflex that many have is to come and read on the forums. This is when you see a bad comment (left here specially by one of them), you panic and sell.

Then, selling your stock lowers the price. This causes other people to sell until they reach the fateful moment ... the "stop" orders. 

This is the time that the "shorter " want to reach to get your money back.

So pay attention to what you read here and say to yourself ... why would an investor want to come down and downgrade the company they put their money on?

Now you know the answer.

Then, to help you in your research. I made a list of these malicious people. I will keep it updated as much as possible.

Attention, il y a beaucoup de short / basher sur le forum de PYR.

Tout d'abord, que signifie le marche a decouvert?

La vente a decouvert, se produit lorsqu'un investisseur emprunte des actions et les vend immediatement, en esperant pouvoir les recuperer plus tard a un prix inferieur, les rendre au preteur et empocher la difference. Mais la vente a decouvert est beaucoup plus risquee que l'achat d'actions ou ce que l'on appelle une position longue.

Alors, pourquoi sont-ils venus sur ce forum?

Pour mettre le doute dans votre esprit. Surtout quand le SP est sur une tendance baissiere.

Car le rflexe que beaucoup ont est de venir lire sur les forums. C'est alors que vous voyez un mauvais commentaire (laisser ici specialement par l'un d'eux) et que vous paniquez.

Ensuite, la vente de vos actions fait baisser le prix de    celle-ci. Cela amene d'autres personnes vendre jusqu'ace qu'elles atteignent le moment fatidique ... les ordres stop lost.

C'est le moment que les "shorter" veulent atteindre pour recuperer votre argent.

Faites donc attention a ce que vous lisez ici et dites-vous ... pourquoi un investisseur voudrait-il venir abaisser l'entreprise sur laquelle il a mis son argent?

Maintenant vous connaissez la rponse.

Ensuite, pour vous aider dans vos recherches. J'ai fait une liste de ces personnes malveillantes. Je vais le tenir a jour autant que possible.

Thank yoi for the lesson. So take this "lesson" and ask yourself why would anyone just post stuff that is all positive and not mention missed expectations. "Well, if you read all positive, and get excited, you buy. And if you and others buy, the share price goes up, so those that want you to buy could sell some shares, make money knowing that nothing just goes up. Now you know why

Now back fo the company. How about had they signed a couple of torch deals of lets say 5 each at $2 and not $3 million by this time, we probably would not have been this low? How about had all those that jumped on the excitement had not jumped in, the stock price would not have gone up that much and the drop would not be so pronounced and guys like me would not be sitting on such losses right now?

I feel your pain, I have a couple dear friends who bought in above 4.40 on my persuasion. The initial contract by company A wasn't a one and done charity purchase. They will evaluate it in real time, if they are happy and convinced it can do what is required to do, then stands to reason that they will purchase or lease more. Where have they all gone, everyone on stockman's list gone ? This should be a lesson to everyone that these characters have a motive which is pile onto a negative trend to drive the price lower. Price goes up and they all are nowhere to be seen. Well except for the resident basher fdfd he never disappears to everyone's disgust.

Just wanted to add : Shorting is fine...place your bets if that's what one feels BUT short and distort campaign is highly illegal.   These guys obviously have an agenda.  Keep the faith longs...Pyrogenesis is indeed imho once in a lifetime investment unicorn opportunity!!!

Why am I on this list? I am saying PYR is going to be $20-$30 in 12 months. You guys need to get your head examined before you post anything. All I can do is shake my head at you guys.

Great post developbc, their tactics are classic textbook bashing to lower the share price. Some of them pretend to want a higher stock price but right after try to convince us all to sell our shares. They are being very aggressive right now bc they know that their days are counted before news of contracts by PYR. Patience and resistance to enemies of PYR is of most importance right now.
