Pyro is way more diverse than I originally thought when I first looked at them as an investment. The two product/services that caught my attention back then were the Waste-To-Energy and 3D printing. Since then and while those two services were percolating they came out with a few other product offerings like Drosrite and recently the torches for Iron Ore (etc) industries. Last year Dross was front and center and then the Iron ore torches became the focus.
While we, or at least I anyway, was focused on the selling of those torches, along comes ARK to remind us that Pyro has other offerings and it's not just another flavor of chips, we're talking about being a major materials supplier for the next industrial manufacturing revolution... something I personally thought should have already been happening over a decade ago...
Every major industry is now either well into, getting into, and or considering 3D printing of parts and whole working components of their products, from Automotive and Aerospace to everyday consumer products and even shoes for heavens sake... SHOES!!! Lol
But I digress, the point of the post this morning is about the wake up call from ARK who clearly sees Pyro being a strong if not major player in the supply of 3D printing materials, which btw if you just google it you will see 3D printing is expected to grow exponentially over the next 5 years and then well Bob's your uncle... or are we changing that to Peter's your uncle??
Predicted worth of 3D printing in manufacturing by 2023 is around $32.7 billion USD, that may be conservative considering the exponential nature of 3D printing, once you print one piece you discover 8 more you could be printing... anyway one link below provides a nice review of industry uses for 3D printing and a reminder for some of us that Pyro is so much more than a one trick pony and I believe the best is yet to come.
