Let management take some profit, HERE IS WHY THAT'S OKAY!
That's right folks!
It doesn't matter that anybody sold shares to give themselves some cash... Why did they sell? To buy a nice deck, to pay the income tax bills that are showing up, maybe just to increase the old bank account..... Possibly to raise money to buy warrants as well? WHO KNOWS!!!!
This is what I know:
Over 50% of Pyrogenesis shares are held by CEO Peter Pascali and his management team.
Why does this matter?
Well, why did you invest in Pyrogenesis? There is only one reason, and that is to increase your net worth.
Why do you want your net worth to increase? Obviously because it is much nicer to show up to your problems in a Lexus than in a Chevy!
Guess what? Pyrogenesis management is no different! They will be rewarded by share price appreciation, just the same way that you and I will be!
BUT AARMAN4, THEY SOLD SHARES!!!! SOME PEOPLE SUGGEST THAT IS BAD!!!!!
Oh? Are those people credible? You know what???? Let's give them the benefit of the doubt and do a checkup......
Is the company still on the same path it was before or better?
Is the ownership level still high enough to show that management is aligned with shareholders???
I know what my answers are to these questions, so I have no problem with insider selling, because it obviously isn't indicitive of something bad happening with the company.
There are a million reasons to sell shares, don't let your fear get the best of you!
I care not what anybody else here does. I do hope the good people I have met here profit in any way that suits them comfortably.....HOWEVER, my dear friends, if you cannot handle this price action, PLEASE sell and drive the price lower, I am back into accumulation mode, and more than happy to take your shares. IN FACT, I would LOVE to see you guys drive the share price into the $2 range again, I won't sell a single share in the meantime, and in fact I will buy more the entire way down WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE!

Might be a difficult task Arman I'm trying to drive it down to $4.24 for my entry but we'll see and hopefully I can get er to two bucks for you...

LOL! I don't know if you'll hit it.... I have a $3.68 average right now I think, and I have been buying plenty above $6, so good luck! My time horizon is years, so any low prices now are a benefit to the long shareholder is happy to continue accumulating! Cheers
