Not exactly sure where govt money is going but we do know all around the globe these big multi billion dollar conglomerates are been give both stick and carrot to reduce greenhouse gases emissions. Carbon taxes, Carson tax credits,GHG grants etc etc. Only bodes well for both Pyrogenesis and HPQ
