I guess I haven't read deep enough. I don't follow this board daily. Do you think his selling is finished? I do remember months ago there was a discussion about Peter selling for charitable reasons. I looked thru the news releases quickly but couldn't find anything. A quick answer from anyone here that knows would be appreciated.

Sorry, if you could kindly point to the previously discussions on the reasons his selling, that would be greatly apreciated! My perseption is that Peter is by far the biggest stakehold (>40%). On the other hand, reducing his shares is not to his benefit if the future of PYR bodes much better than ~$4.5

This has always been a pretty ridiculous discussion. Jim needs to stop perceiving things and look at the publicly available information. Peter IS the biggest shareholder and owns more than half the company. I have not come across a publicly traded company where one individual can call all the shots himself. The selling part is also explained by publicly filed information. Selling a few shares to
