Monolith

From PYR recent news release...

PyroGenesis’ technology boasts a theoretical electricity cost 3 times lower than that of water electrolysis to produce the same amount of hydrogen making it one of the most energy-efficient technologies to produce ZCE hydrogen.


Monolith which has already built a pilot plant claims electricy cost 7X lower then water electrolysis. They also use plasma for methane pyrolysis.

The question is how much does it cost to build the plant?  Upfront capital cost 2nd question is the operating costs.  How complex is the opeation and number of people you need to operate the plant. 3rd questio is the production capacity.   How much Hydrogen can you produce. Based on the news release from Pyro, it seems that they can be the lowest cost producer all the 3 ...more
