any sales at all... at all?
What is the 'material change' trigger that would report a sale?
A major sale would be 'material'. What about ANY sale at all... even for $100?
I think the problem here is that there is a ton of protected intellectual property (IP); there is a proven paid use of the IP; there is "potential"; but there are no reported sales, at all, for a considerable period. You can have the greatest product "potential" in the world, but with no buyers, there is no revenue.
So, would ANY sale at all... even for $100... be "reportable"?

No sales because it's a nice to have tech not a need to have tech. Despite what management wants to tell you

No , pyro will grow very slowly. why else would you open a million divisions. They don't know where to put their focus on. They send quotes and whales just have it on their desk next to their coffee accumulating dust
