So Pipeline Pete has the costs of his business through the roof but still has no new big sales. That does not sound like a recipe for success. "hey look over here everyone I have my hand up, pick me pick me". It doesn't mean Pipeline Pete is going to sell anything because he has doubled his shop space and employees, the only thing that guarantees is the cost to run are more.
