One question I have is that if good news is always coming out and the future looks bright, why is the CEO selling shares one after the other?  A BS excuse would be for tax purposes for options. If that is the case, then he is selling 1 share and picking up 10 shares and diluting the share count. Not very investor friendly move on his part.

What I am saying is that if things are so great, WHY IS HE SELLING and dilluting our shares. He should not be hurting the stock like that.

Might be related to the need for another financing. I assume that we'll see another financing very soon, based on the balance sheet and the income statement.
