It's centainly raises alot of questions about the future of the company when your majority owner cancels his sell intentions  only to reinstate it a few days later.i hope it's not an indication that the SP may be going alot lower.

As an insider is he not required to disclose whether he plans on  buying or selling.at some time in the future There is no time frame mentioned , so why jump to the negative conclusion   ( and get your knickers in a knot )   that the selling might be imminent. As well you surmise he announced because he might  believe the S / P might be going lower but did you think

As an insider he is absolutely required to disclose he's selling and he must give seven days notice that's the point of the form. I believe can't start for seven days and he is required to complete the selling within 30 days . He is not required to sell all listed as that is the Max.
