Buying. ZERO  ..  The stocks at a 2.5 year low ,2 weeks to a SAT that would validate ten years of stories from the company and  4 weeks  from Q3 which I expect IMHO  has a 14 million  recievable issue that   that could leave the company millions in the hole  

The insiders are buying nothing ...One doesnt have to be Warren Buffett to see the warnings ..

He is selling at $1.20 and getting options at .58 for a profit of .62 for doing nothing. That dillutes the shares. It doesn't help the stock at all. I don't know why this is being done.

It is being done because his options expire in November 2022.  He sells shares, uses the proceeds to exercise his options, pays the tax on his profit, and in the result he gets MORE shares. I would be doing the same thing.

Oh Geezz....MR. fdfd12 you and others keep bringing up dilution (more shares). Yes more shares are added but they are not added to the float. Further more a  growth company that intends to grow into a much bigger company with less than 200,000,000 shares is quite acceptable in my book.....nothing but Fud today. I did not say there has not been any dilution...but we are still under 200,000,000 shares outstanding...what is it you don't understand

 I just spoke to my accountant and he had an interesting point .There's the possibility that once the trust (which Peter controls as part of his 53% ownership of PYR) is wound down.It very well could be that the shares he's accumulating will give him personally over the 50% threshold  without the trust.  Obviously there's something about the Feds new rules that Peter
