The danger you face
The stock hardly traded all morning, until a few minutes ago when CIBC offloaded 40 or 50 thousnad shares.
The stock is regularly being sold on any strength.
All the way from trading as high as $1.39 to closing at the day-low at $1.21 in one session a week or so ago.
There are probably many more here "waiting till they break even" than there are 'bottom-fishing".
= More Supply than Demand
You'll have a real problem if someone decides they want out of a couple-hundred thousand shares fast,
for whatever reason.
A game of musical chairs with one chair left and 100 people still standing when the music stops.

Good News is next week Pascali will start selling 850000 shares over the 30 days. , The CEO selling can only help the share price.....hmmm .

That was precisely the point. The selling wouldn't have to be powerful at all to tank the stock. Did you not see what a measley 40,000 shares on the offer did early this afternoon? I did. Try multiplying that by 10. I guarantee you won't be hee-hawing. Ha!
