I can't imagine someone would be contributing a large percentage of the supply at lower and lower prices if he/she knows they'll have to report their trades.

That would be doubly unlikely if something was afoot, wouldn't it?

Look at the exchange where those trades you posted, and then look at the total volume of those trades. THAT'S my point. I would have thought that was obvious.
