He filed late.  Well after the close today.  Trying to be sneaky? Try again.  He sold shares on Monday, Tuesday, and today.  40,800 in total.  Today's sales averaged out at $1.0017. "He'll sell as much as he can over a buck" How would you like to be someone who bought the issue.  They'll never be able to tap the financial markets again.&

You accuse him of filing late. What time precisely, according to your vast knowledge should he have filed? The second the market closes ?  By the way, he is selling on behalf of the Mellon Trust, not his own privately held shares. But the you are aware of that.
