This companies technology is reshaping the industries bringing them into the future. These things don't happen overnight, it's a long process. And they are obviously upsetting alot of old timers with this tech, hence the constant assault on the company.
These legacy companies are all using out-dated torches, waste disposal processes etc, it takes time to shift everything over. And many companies are probably hesitant to switch until they have recovered, or at least paid for their last old style torches purchases, contracts etc...Not to mention these things need different infrastructure in place to even adapt these plasma torches.  These things take time, it's not like switching from matches to a bic lighter at the corner store.

Recent stock options awarded on merit? Is the Pyrogenesis BoD acting with fiduciary responsibility and duty of care?  Next quarterly results coming out in a few weeks, will Mr. Pascali be on the call this time

As usual, you are trying to create fear, uncertainty and doubt in your entire post.  I'm not sure why you ask these questions here, I suppose as a meager retort to my statement, but all these questions should be directed at management, they are in the best position to answer you. If you had half the brain you pretend to in your uninformed posts, I might think differently about PYR, but with my half brain, I do my DD and come up with credible answers in order to base my investing decisions on. You are sadly mistaken. I founded and co-founded two not-for-profit organizations (OSBLs), my role President (Chairman) Director. Who are the recipients and principles of the Mellon Trust? AMF alleges conflict of interest, forgery, fraud, withholding insider trading from SEDI/Market, withholding information from the BofD. Allegations, till proven otherwise. Good luck to all!

I look forward to Peter clearing his name, in the meantime not much point in speculating on what if anything he did wrong.  Also, from the AMF document, it actually seems like a fair solution to a big debt problem (at the time).  Let’s focus on the company PyroGenesis, PYR is in a much better place on all business lines/business divisions than we were 3 years ago.
