If you can judge by entries in the facility, the 3D material production is active early in the year.
Why would it look so busy if no contract in process.

There could be a few questions to clarify the suggestion in your statement, but the most basic one is regarding the likelihood that they would not announce some new contract, especially a more meaningful one.
