Strange but common
Jan 15, sp close at 57c on a 30 day average of 60,000 shares
Jan 16 there is a news release on a Statement of Work, sp went up 22% to 70c, closing at 68c on a volume of 700,000 shares.
And since then, sp has been regressing on an average volume of 60,000 shares, many of them by the CEO’s trust.

I assume I currently own some of these "trust" shares now. Speculative buy.
