https://www.linkedin.com/posts/cattiekhoury_metroconnectusa-activity-7165068472480124928-qGxg?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop

Note this part from her post: After almost 7 years of research and development, we are now ready to make our plasma technology commercially available for trenching and tunneling!

I will be attending my first Metroconnect conference next week alongside our Founder & CEO at EarthGrid, Troy Helming!

We will be looking for partnerships and projects to deploy this year. After almost 7 years of research and development, we are now ready to make our plasma technology commercially available for trenching and tunneling!

If you will be at the conference and want to be at the forefront of this game changing technology, let’s talk.

We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Great find BCONT  if I remember correctly EarthGrid is willing to pre finance their projects or at least some projects. Must verify the homepage again. If correct and they are willing to go with PYR then they should already have the money to buy torches.

Interesting how in Cattie Khoury's original LinkedIn post she clearly references plasma technology and that it is commercially available for trenching and tunneling. From her first post: "We will be looking for partnerships and projects to deploy this year. After almost 7 years of research and development, we are now ready to make our plasma technology commercially available for ...more

Neat video on EarthGrid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6csDiwhfls Very interesting company EarthGrid/Troy Helming and what they are doing to the tunneling industry with plasma boring machines. Interesting article on EarthGrid, take a look at the pictures of the plasma boring machine and compare these with the pictures from EarthGrid's patent (see below). EarthGrid article:  ...more

This is proof that Pyrogenesis was already involved with EarthGrid. Maybe news on contract this week?
Comment by dalesio_98 on Feb 19, 2024 2:44pm
Why not last week nor today? Disclosure has a time limit.
Comment by Thinkbigsti69 on Feb 19, 2024 2:47pm
How many stocks do you bash in your cramped cubicle everyday Delousy? Disclosure please.

Please answer Delousy. I asked pretty. LOL

Disclosure of what ? and what disclosures have a time limit other than those dictated by stock market regs.
Comment by Mostlyserious on Feb 19, 2024 4:12pm
Securities laws dictate time limits for disclosure of material information.

information such as the planet they are living on, for starters.
Comment by pjecan on Feb 19, 2024 4:37pm
Maybe there is no material information.........yet.  What is the time limit when and if there is?  'cause I don't know.
Comment by dalesio_98 on Feb 19, 2024 5:06pm
Pjecan, Is depassing the enunciated date not material? I believe it is and ought to have been followed-up. Material disclosure 24-48 hours? The board has a fiduciary responsibility and duty of care to the moral entity and shareholders. We await tomorrow after today's Ontario holiday. Good luck to all!

The drilling machine has 75 torches based on the patent filing. Pyro only taked about5 torches for $13 million US.  Why would some company give $500 k US unless they are really going to buy torches from Pyro.  This is just commen sense. Why not announcement so far?  My expericences shows that Lawyers are involved and term or conditions, operations all needs to be hammered out by ...more

Yes you are an experienced full of DD person BIGMO. It is comforting to have you here. Common sense. Remind us about your $1,800,000,000 revenue per year for PYR, how you got to that.
Comment by dalesio_98 on Feb 19, 2024 6:11pm
Lawyers being involved is fine, doesn't change the fact they surpassed Feb. 15th exclusivity date without a follow-up PR last week. There's always tomorrow. Is the actual client EarthGrid?  "PyroGenesis has now received a non-refundable down payment totaling $667,252 (US$500,000) from a US-based technology company (the “Client”). Earthgrid raised $4 million ( ish ) going public. They have no money either. IF...they are the "client", why do you think that in the first and only news about this, PyroGenesis gave "the client" an entire month to get financing? A month to raise how much exactly??

top, you are incorrect.  EarthGrid raised $30 million in the fall of 2023 and they have investors lined up for an early 2024 raise.  Keep in mind that Troy Helming, EarthGrid's founder, is well connected, and has raised millions in the past. Also, from EarthGrid's Cattie Khory's recent LinkedIn post: "We will be looking for partnerships and projects to deploy this ...more

To make something commercially available, doesn't that mean that sufficient testing has been done? So, how many plasma torches does a boring machine require, 75?  And how many of those would be the ones that Pyrogenesis would potentially supply?  And has Pyrogenesis supplied that quantity in the past?  And what is then this SOW to supply 5 torches about?  If a boring ...more

Not very encouraging when promoters can't answer a good practical question. Moral of the story, feel free to gamble on what they toss at you, but wait for news from the company to invest, while giving the news a solid thought recognizing that every good news release aims to paint the best picture.  General advice for any stock, especially small caps that are trying to establish new ...more

If you were on the board, it ought to be something. Create an expectation via PR, then date passes with nothing for days. Yes, a holiday today in Ontario.

If the customer did not get the funding PYR just got a bundle of cash. If the deal is still moving along then we will hear about it soon, if not PYR just got a bundle of cash.

Correct! Should Pyro have issued a follow-up to the Jan. 16, 2024 PR on Thursday Feb. 15th after hours or Friday the 16th due to depassing the period of exclusivity until February 15, 2024? Staying up to send out your document package has got you running on fumes. Pretty simple if the deal is finalized they will report it, if not so what they just banked some cash.
