I lied

From the Annual information form filed April 9th....

Probably very under-read by shareholders.
The AIF every year spells out how the company is doing in plain English.
Only once a year.
A requirement of a TSX listing for every company.
More people should read them.

Agreement:

Under the terms of this agreement, Drosrite International had received the required rights from PyroGenesis to perform Drosrite International’s obligations under a 2019 agreement it had entered into with Radian Oil & Gas Services Company, an oil and gas services company operating in the Middle East (the “Dross Processing Service Agreement”). For more information on the Drosrite International Exclusive Agreement, the Dross Processing Services Agreement, and the relationship between Drosrite International and PyroGenesis, see “Directors and Executive Officers – Conflicts of Interest”. After receipt of said payment, a balance of $10.7 million remained owing under the contract.

That was 5 years ago.

I'm quite sure that at last mention, there remains an unpaid balance of "approximately $10.7 million".

5 years later.

Hmmm

Maybe Drosrite is being forgiven interest..

Or maybe its that Radian is being forgiven by Drosrite,
and Pyrogenesis "understands".

Or maybe the shell company that Drosrite is will fold at the same time Pyrogenesis does, and everyone walks.

It's so exciting!

What scenario will it be??

top, DROSRITE International was established to allow for payment from Saudi Arabia to PyroGenesis during the Canada/Saudi Arabia political "spat" that occured during 2019/2020.  DROSRITE International forwards the money to PYR from Radian/Ma'aden.  See this picture that was tweeted from Ma'aden when the original DROSRITE contract was signed in 2019.  Pictured are ...more

Drosrite was a shell company set up 5 years ago to act as an "intermediary" between PyroGenesis and some Saudis (for some reason that to this day eludes me). Ha! A Eureka moment  I believe Drosite was incorporated in the US so that dealings between the Canadian and Saudi governments  eere severely constrained at the time . Hence running this through a US company would make ...more

Poorly written.  I believe Drosite was incorporated in Delaware to bypass Saudi-Canadian trade embargoes, or restrictions.  Which makes sense.

Yes I've seen that picture before.  The first time was five years ago. Things haven't moved very fast since then.  They haven't moved at all. Radian still owes Drosrite owes Pyrogenesis $8 million US dollars.  $10.95 million Canadian at current exchange rate. Nothing has changed in 5 years. Drosrite still owes, and no new business.  None

And great seeing PYR's DROSRITE systems in use at Radian Oil and Gas, from Google Earth.  Shows how big these systems are: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Radian+Oil+%26+Gas+Services+Industrial+Factory/@26.9966712,49.6262215,3a,113y,90t/data=!3m8!1e2!3m6!1sAF1QipOxxwt2676TIumlwnJHvB9ukOVqn-qLIYQcSKjm!2e10!3e12!6shttps:%2F%2Flh5.googleusercontent.com%2Fp ...more

Did you forget to add the beginning of that? On May 18, 2023, PyroGenesis announced it had received a payment of $2 million under the Drosrite International Exclusive Agreement dated August 29, 2019, between Drosrite International LLC ("Drosrite International"), a US-based company, and PyroGenesis (the "Drosrite International Exclusive Agreement) Under the terms of this agreement ...more

In my world may 2023 is not 5 years ago.  Maybe in yours it is. Who knows?
Comment by tamaracktop on Apr 11, 2024 11:26pm
No Paul, I didn't forget the beginning of that.  I don't forget much. I have a good memory.  I also remember the end of that, do you? " After receipt of said payment, a balance of $10.7 million remained owing under the contract." I was off by 200 grand due to currency fluctuations.  S10.7 million owed by Pascali junior's company to PyroGenesis ...more

Paul03, Does that change this fact from the April 9, 2024 AIF? After receipt of said payment, a balance of $10.7 million remained owing under the contract. Good luck to all!
Comment by paul03 on Apr 11, 2024 11:32pm
It doesn't change that. Why wasn't the beginning added? Can you explain that?
Comment by dalesio_98 on Apr 11, 2024 11:40pm
It is known there was a payment in 2023, nearly 4 years later. AIF document: https://www.sedarplus.ca/csa-party/records/document.html?id=dda76ea377815e83b58bd17abd07bde69b130c07ea96f15b92ecfcbda272728e

I'm sorry I don't click on your links I don't trust you. It was also known 10.7 was owing for anyone following closely. The beginning was left out on purpose as he claims he knew about it. Odd that is all.

Your prerogative. You prefer the pseudonym promoters, cheerleaders bafoonery and links. A sedar.com link, can't go wrong. I utilize my real name, across several forums. If you have a Facebook account, you can view my profile/photo, then view my verified LinkedIn profile/photo. You could also view articles I am cited in c/w photo (I look a little older now). ;) If any of you attend the AMF ...more

No I don't care about any one poster on here or other boards. Bulls or bears, shareholder or not. I don't trust anyone here and certainly do not care enough to befriend anyone on Facebook. I'm fully capable of going on sites by myself without anyone's posted links.
Comment by dalesio_98 on Apr 12, 2024 12:15am
Did I say befriend?  My profile is viewable if you have a FB account. You know, DD.
Comment by paul03 on Apr 12, 2024 12:17am
I have no interest in you. Why would I check out your Facebook? Makes no sense. I don't know you and prefer to keep it that way.
Comment by dalesio_98 on Apr 12, 2024 12:24am
Your prerogative. If one doesn't go vote, should they complain about the outcome? No You could complain about the individual, but haven't done DD on the individual.  I believe you mentioned your family name would be easy to find. Why would one search blindly? You have the path if you so choose. But you will not. Cheers
Comment by paul03 on Apr 12, 2024 12:46am
I like to think I'm easy to find yes considering everything I've written over the years. Not sure what that will do for you but my profile is out there. Have at her.
