I had to go back 300 pages of 20 posts per page to get to that period.
That's over 6000 posts in less than one and a half year.

Correct me if im wrong but arnt you confusing  the  mandate of the trust selling which is a seperate entity from  Peter owning approx half the outstanding shares and hasn't sold a share of his personal holdings  and the issue of their notice of a buyback thru  a normal course issuer bid.

Peter is the sole beneficiary of the trust, as well as the administrator of the trust. In Quebec, a properly established trust provides creditor protection.  In Quebec, even in a case of bankruptcy, creditors can't touch the assets held within a trust.
