@dalesio_98 @Minecraft "Huge win for Pyro. As per the overviews this does not simply concern Osler, but the entire legal team. This is the equivalent to “the glove doesn't fit”. PPPs legal team can plow forward and defend Pyro with nothing in there way and wind at there backs. Plus you know the plaintifs have nothing when all they do is attack the opposing legal team. Smells like desperation to me. Glta!" A win, not a huge win. A HUGE win would be finding Pascali, Curleigh and PCI found not guilty of the AMF allegations. You are putting the cart before the horse indicating "the glove doesn't fit" and don't count on the plaintiffs having nothing. The merits of the file haven't been heard yet. Shareholders ought to be outraged as to what Pascali et al have allegedly done. Good luck to All!

@Minecraft @dalesio_98 Its a huge win before the huge win. Imagine if they had lost this… all the rest would have gone to shits…

@cashbag2.0 "allegedly done" innocent until proven guilty.to say we should be outraged,is to presume guilt

@CndnBacon We shareholders should be outraged that Peter settled a PYR debt to his father's company for pennies on the dollar? Uhhh, yeah....who do you work for again? And to clarify, I have no idea who I'm directing this statement towards, but likely someone on my B&I list

@deedeemgee Yeah, Bacon’s summary aligns with mine. Delissio admitted publicly he tried and FAILED to get legal firms interested in a class action over the alleged lack of documentation surrounding the CEO having power of attorney for his dying father living abroad - while Peter re-negotiated an old IP settlement IN FAVOUR OF SHAREHOLDERS. It never made any sense, except for shorts piling on, (or trying to influence) a poorly evidenced AMF case, and spamming message boards while they cover.

@CndnBacon It will certainly be interesting to see if PYRs legal team is able to string those things together in the AMF case, and if so, what the consequences will be for those involved....those types believe they're smarter than everybody else, until they're not. Arrogance begets deluded ignorance....time will tell, Good Luck to All

HARJAY, Your response is NO response! You instead post others opinions. Good luck to All! BTW, thank you for including deedeemgee's content which is False ... never spoke to the content of potential class action. I don't see deedeemgee's post, I'll log out to view it and log back in to respond quoting his text. :)  ;)

HARJAY,   Too easy to dispute what you comment on. Utilizing bold text and font size adds little.   Have a good weekend.   Good luck to All!

Important distinction.  While it's very true that Qubec has its own civil code, Qubec and Canada share the same Criminal Code
