Well ... as i see it ...

The contracts are not big, or huge, as some expected here but their is some acceptance of the offered promotion materials, products, plans etc because although small, some contracts are coming in, as long as more of them come by, I think we are going in the right direction. Just me

Great points 5oceans, and yes, PyroGenesis' business potential has drastically increased during the past couple of years.  Just look at the new markets PYR has entered, new patents filed/granted, the second production facility coming online, and the growth in employee headcount.  PYR is gearing up for exponential growth. From the Q1 NR: "The company's flagship ...more

I partly agree with you 5oceans. Small stuff rolling in can add up and lead to big stuff.  But it is a race against time due to the weak balance sheet, mildly said.  Small stuff does not generate sufficient cashflow to pay the bills.  Big stuff will need to be financed.  Collection of Rafian AR is a must.  Otherwise where is the money going to come in to keep the lights on ...more

I'm thinking PYR will announce another payment from the Saudi Arabia.  That should help with the balance sheet. JMO

Less than a week left for Drosrite to make a payment,  according to the already revised timeline provided by management
Comment by Mostlyserious on Jun 22, 2024 9:41am
They should because they stated they will start receiving payments.  But it always has been an enigma that a Saudi multi-billion $ venture did not have cashflow to pay some $10 million bill to a company challenged for cash for equipment they are using and that is delivering incremental economic benefits.  Regardless of future potential business. Looking forward to seeing the amount and ...more

Yes that was something that bothered me for some time.  I even posted on it a couple times. Then re read a couple of the news releases and it was spelled out in there. It was a mutual agreement that the payment schedule would be altered. Radian was going to advance a jv agreement that they had previously made with PyroGenesis.  Money was being diverted for that purpose.  The end ...more

I have seen countless business partnerships.  I cannot recall any starting like this especially between two companies that are at the opposite spectrum in size and the smaller one making the sacrifices.  So, I am really curious to hear the explanation and see the end results.  I am not quite sure that I can envision an explanation whereby paying the bill years after it was initially ...more

I understand where you're coming from.  It definitely not the norm. You and I know it, everyone knows it. The ceo knows it , so you have to ask what was so beneficial to pyrogenesis that the ceo agreed to this?  If you say to yourself,  it must have been  very big and go with that thought,  and let's say it benefits pyrogenesis in the long term 50 million. Is that ...more

kjs is dreaming large again: "... and let's say it benefits pyrogenesis in the long term 50 million. Is that worth it? A 100 million? The answer obviously is we don't know what the ceo knew when he agreed.  He felt it was worth it and still does. For me, I'm excited..." Succinctly, I lost a lot of money because he didn't deliver on key things he described from inside the fence that only a CEO would know. So, let's say, credit will be given on results, not before. Nice and needed balance to the consistent promotion on social media.
Comment by dalesio_98 on Jun 22, 2024 9:17pm
Mostlyserious, Indeed, you'll believe it when you see it. Perhaps remind the one speaking to Mellon Trust activity that Mr. Pascali provided $1 million recently. Of course we were never informed of the actual date and announcement was an afterthought indicating May 2024. Who does that? The board went along with the same? The 10% interest tacked on after 45 days is also mystery. Full ...more

I totally agree it's a race against time. I'm sure they are well aware of everything you pointed out. Going to the market to raise money is out of the question, unless a big contract of some kind is signed.  When I say big, I'm talking in the 75 to 100 million range. With a signed contract in that range the market would have confidence in the future of PyroGenesis and any pp would ...more

Nobody can declare anything a "race against time" when there's a trust willing to loan the company money at any given time.  As it has done. If you don't know the balance in the Mellon trust, please don't make false statements like "race against time" and "keep the lights on". The only people that seem worried are the ten bashers patrolling these ...more

You answered the question of where the money is going to come from.  CEO's Mellon Trust.  I know how much it had sold by its filings.  More than high-teens in millions. I make no false statements.  I expressed a concern based on financials because I know how to read them  But if you wish to dispell my concern, post how much Mellon Trust can and will put up.   ...more

Listen Wiseguy. I wasn't answering a question.  I was correcting you.  There's a difference. And don't put words in my mouth. I NEVER said the money was coming from the trust.  It could come from sales or any of the numerous divisions pyr has. I was simply CORRECTING your fear ridden statements like "race against time" and "keep the lights on" ...more

Holdrrrr, actually being a compassionate individual, I will refrain from addressing your mischaracterizations in this post. If I was to do so, I would directly quote what I said and what your reply to me was, and I don't think it would reflect well on you. Next time please consider the actual discussion before doubling down.
