PYR dismissed KPMG per SEC filing

"Effective May 21, 2021, PyroGenesis Canada Inc.’s (the “Company”) board of directors approved the engagement of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP (the New Auditor) as its independent registered public accounting firm and dismissed KPMG LLP (the Former Auditor)."

PYR no longer deals with Agoracom, be it a dismissal or mutual agreement.

HPQ and KPMG, AGM appointment of auditors affected.
 

"The Company wishes to inform its shareholders that it has received a notice of termination from KPMG, its auditor, regarding the cessation of their duties and the non-renewal of their mandate. The Company is actively seeking a new auditor. At the shareholder meeting on June 27, 2024, there will be no vote on the appointment of auditors. A new press release will be issued once a new auditor is appointed."

Is something off here, both PYR and HPQ no longer deal with KPMG, coincidence or more to it? Will we ever know?

Will HPQ also part ways with Agoracom? IMO, credibility wise, would be a positive.

I was responding to Dalesio's post. I'm not behind on my dd, I pointed out here that KPMG had opted to sever ties with PyroGenesis more than two years ago. Maybe you weren't on board at that point. It seemed an event worth highlighting at the time.

HARJAY, Yet again, too easy to dispel your comment(s). Tamaracktop responded to my post where I bring up both HPQ and PYR auditor issues. KPMG dismisses HPQ as a client 1 day before the June 27, 2024 AGM/vote and PYR dismissing KPMG in May 2021 replacing them with RCGT LLP. Cashbag2.0 was responding to drone's comment.
