If I was to give Bernard sound advice, I would tell him to steer clear about essentially addressing online chats so much. I'd like to think that he is too focused on the task at hand and can't be bothered with other noise and providing anyone any validation on various social forums. Delivering results is the ultimate reply to any doubter. Sitting on a losing position makes me take everything said in the past and now with a grain of salt. These interviews don't help but I do understand taht Agoracom is about online community. Maybe diversify his media engagement with business outlets that can't be bothered with chat forums where anything and everything goes.
I should also say I do get the part about the marketing strategy behind the continuous disclosures. Nothing wrong with that, except it communicates the steps in the journey while the ultimate prize is reaching the final desired destination. My investment a few years ago was based on expectations of certain destinations being reached by now, and they have not been. So, pardon the harping on the delivery of results.
