So they find a reason to bite the hand that feeds, in this case looking at the premuim; when it comes to Bitcoin, traditional formulas do not apply since it has many intangible moving parts, so therefore the premium calculated is irrelevant.
 
Also market prices reflect anticipated future values, premium means sentiment to higher future value that may materialize marginally, not at all or tremendously when you can pay off your mortgage or buy a new car etc. which can happen with Bitcoin...
