Weekend action

I wonder how much we will go up by the end of the day taking into account that there are 2 days bitcoin will move with the markets being closed. Do you think it will sell up? How much? Place your bets. Mine is a 22.25 premium over the BTC price.

QBTC Premium was ~17.5% vs GBTC at ~25% (as of yesterday's close). So still the cheapest trust option out there.

Moogul, how is it compared to BTCG.UN and RIOT? Thanks, C

Btcg.un was 25.5% premium yesterday... QBTC still the cheapest bitcoin trust

QBTC is a solid ETF mostly designed for institutional investors but retail investors are catching a good ride with compounded returns becasue of the institutional investment.  RIOT on the other hand is mainly desigend for FOMO retailers, hence the action with small volumes, over 275,000 trades yesterday...

Riot isn't a bitcoin trust so not comparable.

Don't really know why anyone would buy BTCG.UN today... even current holders could sell and buy QBTC and pocket a 8-9% premium differential... triggers tax but meh.

Probably a pile of money to be made right now in arbitraging or pair trading (long short) these funds. But not familiar with the specifics.
