3iQ BNN Advertising Expenses

I wonder where Fred is expensing his promotion of his fund and bitcoing - by 3iQ or by the fund?  He is hurting himself by promoting his fund and frankly he does not do any justice himself by doing so.   3iQ could do it differently and more effectively but Fred may have a big ego.   When Bitcoin crashes, I wonder if they will continue to advertise?
