RE: N.GAS UP $8.00 and QEC down, StrangeAs the TSX goes, so goes most stocks within the exchange. ECA (Encana) large gas play also went down the last two days. Where it goes from here is anyones guess but the US has to finalize and approve the stimulas package before the market has any chance of moving up and even then it may stall out. I sold yesterday and will wait for indications to re-enter.
We are getting broad market sell offs and broad market inclines depending on the days/hours/minutes news. One minute GOLD goes up because of market fears and then next minute it goes down as financials rebound with positive news. The whole market is in a daytrading pattern and until that changes the buy and hold theory is non-existant. I think we will get there some time after the rescue plan is initiated, unless the nails come out of the floor.
Until then the market waits for the Congress decision....
