Globeinvestor slow problems too...
It's all over their Home page for the paid subscription guys (me...).. they aren't geared for the volume since the .VIX spends it's days popping through 50... buyt they are saying they are beefing up the horse power.
TD Waterhouse will gladly give you teh address of customer service SO YOU CAN WRITE A FREAKING LETTER TO THEM (DO NOT - REPEAT - DO NOT TRY AND PHONE OR E-MAIL THEM) COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR SERVICE AND THEIR ATTITUDE TO SERVICE. They will get back to you in 10 business days with a reply.
" Thank you for your recent letter of Blah Blah, the 23rd, 2008. We appreciate your taking the time... blah blah..."
TD is a great bank and it's convenient to use the Waterhouse account attached as TRANSFERS are instant... otherwise I would be gone.
