   Let's face facts, there are several issues contributing to Qec's share price decline .The main issue is the strangle hold on exploration / developement activity by the Quebec Gov'ts 31/2 yr Frac Moratorium & their attempt to quickie educate themselves to become so called experts on the oil & gas industry & attempt to recreat the wheel w/ somekind novice report.,that's way over due

Casing leaks were detected during pre-frac pressure test oper'ns. These downhole situations are not uncommon & there are several options to consider for repair oper'ns .So, it's necessary to sensibly & methodicaly discuss the present downhole cond'ns &evaluate the best repair options before irrational speculation .
