That script is not re-creating the " Oil Field Wheel " . Those long, prolonged Que. regs are nothing new , but standard practice & format w/ the Oil / Gas industry ( especially Western Canada, Alta/BC

QEC has approx. 7-8 wells scattered throught the Lowlands, that are cased, completed & FRACED .
Current status after , 8-9 yr moratorium these wells are still shut in , pending Testing Operations to evaluate & thereby size equip'mt for production facillities .

Qec.& other participating Co's are still waiting on Quebec Ministry Nat . Resources for release . So. boys school 's out , so let's get with the program, comprenhe .
