As expected, like I said

This process has run it's course as I predicted months ago, except maybe the compensation is well below the 135 million that I stated. Where is the spinster now who predicted 20 billion for compensation, lol,lol?

What will QEC do now? Will they lay over with their belly exposed and feet in the air? Or will they raise their hackles and fight back. QEC needs to fight back in court for as long as it takes. Hell, in time the resource will be worth much more and then Quebec will develop it for themselves with a provincial led plan (like stated in the article).
