The Fund invests in long-term holdings of ETH, purchased from ETH asset trading platforms and over the counter (OTC) counterparties, in order to provide investors with alternative to a direct investment in ETH. 3iQ Corp is the investment manager and trustee of the Fund.

First line of the press release refers to BTC and ether.

So, explain to me again, how they are not issuing new units? And explain to me, why they have a clearly defined graph, on their site, showing the increase in number of units?

Happy to hear your answer as to how their own graph does not show increase in number of units.
