RE:big news soon??It was mentioned in the CC that there were two types of acquisitions.
1. Those that are a one product company which they already sell, here they have to cross-sell via this company, the other products. (Very simple to merge)
2. Those that sell a new product, where they need to integrate that throughout all of PHM. (More difficult, more time to do DD).
Therefore, I would assume that's why some have been acquired in 15 days and others will take longer... Also, it was mentioned that the large ones will be integrated before the smaller companies in order to gain more in less time.
