RE:RE:For clarity So Baystreetlover, who joins two days ago, yet is fully up-to-date with this bulletin board, starts bashing "probz" about the quoted comment, which is curious, because I heard Dalsin suggest the same thing in a recent interview, i.e. that a diividend, which he was once considering, is probably no longer on the table in the short term, as PHM is focused on growing acquisitions, and a dividend would simply cut into capital that could be used to generate funds for such acquisitions. Time to add another one to the ignore list!
