RE:RE:RE:M&A mathSome people just don't get it. At the end of the day after the shares get converted at a price should I say that is about a 40% premium to the close last friday - can they can understand that the debt will be gone and so will the interest payments that put a dent into our bottom line. No cheap options on this deal either
I think this management team has learned one heck of a lot in the last couple of years. They can tell a good acquistion from a bad one and will not go on a mad buying spree gobbling up businesses for the sake of building up the top line at the expense of the bottom line. Maybe they find another Sleep Management type of opportunity - maybe they don't. If they make good smaller acquisitions and grow genarically that will be ok too but without capital to do it - growth would be almost impossible.
Future dilution could be kept to a minimum if PTQ did a VMD repeat type of performance in 2019. Raising 50 Million Dollars at 3 to 5 Dollars per share is not out of the question once this show gets fully on the road.
AND NO - THERE IS NOTHING IN MY COOL-AID!
