RE:V.PHMMarket cap is the important measurement when comparing. VMD's market cap is about 301 mil today and PTQ is at 84 mil. Almost 4 times as much. Investors love the fact VMD is not planning to issue more shares and dilute as they can and will grow organically. And they have no debt.
Still, we should be trading on PTQ closer than we are, 1/3rd the market cap today would have us just under Doug Cooper's $3.00 target. Can not see how we can not do it in the next few months. Our revenues are quite similar and ebitba is creaping closer to VMD's. We have very good organic growth and an added benefit of money set aside for acquiring good cashflowing assets which VMD has no plans as of doing - so it appears. At least not using borrowed money. They can expand very well organically as proven by their track record.
Two great and promising companies. Both are imho undervalued but PTQ even more so.
