It's definitely not anywhere near as binary as that.  

I completely agree that management has not met the expectations that they set for themselves and shared with the market.  But, I take comfort in that, at least in my opinion, they have yet to make a "bad" acquisition.  

I've got a bit of bad history with a different roll-up in the healthcare space and they made one bad acquisition decision after another.  I'd much rather wait for QIPT to make the right decision than have them rush into a bad one.  But, yes, patience is wearing thin.
