Does Quipt still provide a needed service? Yes
Is the industry still ripe for consolidation? Yup
Are they short cash and do they need to raise equity? No
Do they have lots of cash and a ready line of credit? Y
Are competitors getting cheaper? Public Cos are for sure
Can you envision a situation where the business isn't larger and more profitable in 2 or 3 years? I actually can't
Will Qipt get a better deal on near term acquisitions? Likely
Do I need to sell imminently? No
Danger of bankruptcy? None in the foreseeable future
Answering these questions helps me to feel extremely comfortable holding Quipt.
