We should see Q2 numbers, most here are expecting good results. During the Viemed CC Casey Hoyt mentioned that things were opening back up, and the company saw robust numbers return to their core business in March, they expect this trend to continue. This should also bode well for PTQ.
One has to think we could see another acquisition announcement anytime, however Crawford will only pull the trigger if the deal is right for PTQ. He has been criticized in the past for being too slow on the acquisition front, maybe so, but I for one respect his very disciplined approach on making deals.
I suspect the nasdaq listing should be close, look to the news wire for share consolidation and filing of the 40-F prior to listing. The microcap and smallcap space still sucks, one day the money will return, so do your DD there are some good names out there, PTQ, is one of the them. A few other's to look at are VMD, GSI, AVN, KWE, GLTA

I agree to taking their time on aquisitions. Remember way back in the PHM and Dalsin days, they were making lots of aquisitions and some of those were failures. I'd like to see organic growth, they are in the right sector and they have been around for a while now.
