There will be some selling of the converted shares....taking profits above $5.20. Not a bad deal for those debenture holders ...8% interest plus capital gain. 1,879,038 shares involved. Will take awhile for the dust to settle. Just my guess.

Hey SR71BlackBird , you are very annoying ... why you were not selling over 7 $ ? It was 20 % more than the bottom !

Hey man, this is the single biggest position I have. I will always ask the tough questions here. Always.

I sold a chunk between $7.10 and $7.25 anticipating the dilution. Now I'm getting ready to buy those shares back. I also posted about a year ago that my target was net $500k. We almost touched that but I think I'll raise my target to $750k.

Me too... sold a "bit" between 7,15-7,30... but I have a lot again ... still bullish. Sitting on the MM20... I am a bit risky... this is more than 10% of my portfolio, but I am sure you will have you 750K and I will follow not to far !

Removal of convertible debentures means less volatility in eps due to changes in fair value of same qtr to qtr. No more damn derivative instruments (including warrants) messing up the fins please.
