The stock float has increased due to the forced conversion.

While this could account for some of the stock $ being down today I personally feel we need more shares on the market as we got a heck of a lot of longs hanging on to their stock.
This is why 100 share trades move the stock price around in my humble opinion.

I agree.  It is also machine trading and less trading in general because of summer holidays.
