Quipt , as it currently stands has a fair value of $6.50 a share based on current muliples. As stated before it will not show positice FCF nor positive earnings this fiscal year, to earn the higher multiple. Look for it retrace back to reality or $6.50 per share. IMO

Yes Hatrick the pending equity raise is the latest dream to come out of the bashers handbook. I remember a couple months back that QIPT was going to drop into the 4s and with the VP of M+A leaving for health reasons it was going to spell the certain demise of QIPT. On and on it goes with the bashers.

Thought I would bump this old thread. Appears so far, that Carlito and I were dead on!!  This thread is worth a re-read.... IMO Shame some here didn't take profits or exit or sell and buy back lower.... when they had the chance.  Short was the play. Thank you.  GLTA
