Perhaps SR, but I would like to see where it ends up at the close. I think that will be more important than the open.  Remember, it's there for anybody to buy at a good price at this real time quote of $8.00. Right now it could be suffering from buy on rumour sell on news. So day is still young.

Yeah, I didn't want to be a boo-bird yesterday but wondered whether we might have been pushed up more in anticipation/fomo than any actual leaked info.  I'm rather glad that turns out to be the case for company integrity's sake and the drop is simply sell on news.  The impatient lose out again.  It was no blowout but it's substantial progress.  I expect

I dont think it matters when the CC is. It doesnt seem to matter what the news is with PHM (VMD, QIPT) and the sell on news kicks in with the trader scum. No problem. Let them knock it down and swoop in and buy some more. It will be back up in a few minutes.

Ya the Bird dude doesnt have the capability to look past the end of his nose. This is probably not what he should be doing.
