YTD up aprox $1.00 or aprox. 15%.
Stock held very tightly which tells you long term growth is considered a high probability by those in the know therfore lots of longs in this stock.
While we all would like to see profitability most businesses in their early years would rather re-invest for growth which is what see going on here. you can't argue they have grown leaps and bounds in since PHM days which is not to long ago.
I see the glass as half full and as such have long ago put on ignore the " sky is falling group "  that deal mostly in negitive speculation and seem like the type I don't need  to be around.
Like any stock chart this one has lots of blips both ways but the chat keeps moving up over the long term.

Some of us are being paid quite well to sit tight here 'old after-the fact.' I'm up 1.38 on 135000 shares. 186,300.00 bucks. Can't complain.

Dead money is a brain dead statement if I've ever heard one. You bashers use the terms 'dead money' and 'unrealized gains' all the time so I suppose you think someone sitting on real estate worth millions is sitting on dead money then?? Bidding wars and everything going for above asking these days and I can imagine you in your moms basement convincing yourself property owners
