In and outI've been in and out of QLT for years. It never seemed to be able to get there, where there is! However, this seems as good a time to get in as ever since, as has been noted here, it seems poised to make a move upward and is loaded with US$. Personally I would hate to see it go after NRI as has been a big loser for me and eems to be going nowhere. Same goes for Theratech (TH). GLTAL
