Telus provides TVHey all, Just was wondering if the hubub about bringing action against WIN has anything to do with Telus now providing TV via internet. A question I have not found an answer to was if Cisco liscenesed the V-chip from WIN. The decoder box is made by Scientific Atlantic a Cisco company and provides parental controls (V-chip) to the users. Is this a ploy by Telus to protect its expansion into the TV provider market and is worried WIN could scuttle it by going after the V chip liscense? Just curious what others think on this issue.
