RE wow etc.

RE wow etc.Don't get me wrong, I'm a long term holder, and keep liking what I'm seeing with Win.  But also a skeptic in general.  Re job postings:  is this expanding, or replacing people who have left.  If the latter, then not a wonderful sign to have a wave (wavelet, I guess) of departures.  If expansion, means more costs, but hard to evaluate unless we know what the new people are for.  Generally, I have confidence in management, so would see this as a positive but let's be honest, this is faith rather than fact.  Don't think there's any easy way to tell if this is growth or churn:  unless there happen to be employees on this board??  What was that, I can't quite hear you...

Big picture:  still very positive.  But let's not get carried away with memories of tech bubble stock prices.  Not going to happen, especially in this market.  What do I think would be a realistic expectation?  Haven't the foggiest.  High institutional ownership is a positive in many ways, but I would expect these folks to take profits methodically as sp moves up, which will dampen any major rises.  But its anybody's guess when this would happen, and whether there might be enough retail interest to offset this selling.  And, when it gets over 5, other institutions will start watching/buying, so even the institutional story is going to be complicated, with early-in-early-out funds selling to momentum funds, etc.  Bottom line, who knows.  My plan is to start putting in partial stops in the high single digits, then try to read the tea leaves from there.
