Institutional ownership

Institutional ownershipBack on Feb. 11, Onlygame (haven't heard from you lately) posted a list naming all institutional and inside owners, quantities owned, and recent increases/decreases.  This is on Google (Wi-Lan + institutional ownership) so congrats, you're famous. And by the way, thanks to Janspab, cashdon and CabbieJBJ, who also post info along these lines and are otherwise evidence-based and not just ranting.  Haven't seen a detailed list like this since, and it is useful.  So, can a layperson and Ford Focus driver like me get this stuff?  Where, how, etc.?  Or would the folks above maybe oblige us?

Always nice to know who the institutions are and what strategy they might follow going forward.  Take Mackenzie Growth Fund, for e.g., they were dumping back in Feb.  Not smart.  Interesting to know what they have been doing more recently (their own statement of holdings only brings us to June, when they had unloaded some more).  Several such as Acuity, follow what sounds to be a fairly inflexible model, selling down and reallocating when valuation targets are met.  This worries me a bit, because I think WIN could go parabolic at some point in the next few months, when the market wakes up and realizes it is hugely undervalued.  But if institutions dump at pre-set prices, this would dampen the wave, or maybe just spread it out longer (which wouldn't be a bad thing).

Anyway, now I have to go and fix my sink.
